The staff of the Kamah Association comprises about 100 employees from a wide range of professions and fields: Educators, psychologists, social workers, art therapists, drama and dance/movement therapists, counselors, vocational workshop directors, and administrative and operations professionals. Some of the employees have trained and worked at other curative communities in Israel and around the world.
The professional staff is assisted by dozens of volunteers. Kamah staff members view their work as not merely a job, but rather as a true mission, way of life, and opportunity for personal development. Staff members are constantly learning, studying, developing, and creating together, as part of the community made up of both employees and residents alike.
